Very knowledgeable, the Arborist Nick was reassuring and gave specific instructions on what we could do to assist in our trees recovery.

I just hired this company to do some crown reductions and shaping on three desert trees to improve their appearance in order to sell a property. They sent out an arborist for the estimate, but he does not return for the job. I could barely understand anything the crew foreman said, and I now know he did not understand what was to be done to the trees. The trees have been severally thinned leaving no shade in the yard in the middle of the summer. One tree was thinned on one side and nothing done to the other and is now unbalanced. I need to schedule a clean up day at the property for broken plants and damaged hardscaping, Would not hire this company again.

Very professional and went the extra mile to complete the job that was extra difficult due to access for the stump grinding equipment. The workers did not expect to run into such a difficult job, however, the job was completed with excellent results. Damage to two sprinkler heads were repaired by the workmen before they left. No cuttings or grinding residue were left behind. The initial bid covered all the items to complete a number one job, and the increase in difficulty did not cause a bottom line cost increase.

Prompt estimate, but when work was done one of my trees still had branches blocking the sidewalk(specifically why I called). Consequently, we still got fined by the HOA.

These guys are great. Not only do they do a fantastic job on your trees, but their clean-up is just as impressive.

I have learned that when you have trees you cannot expect regular landscape companies to have the necessary knowledge for trees that you might expect. A landscape company replaced my irrigation system for the trees. Since my trees were mature (established) trees they should have had the emitters place at the canopy line rather than near the trunk as would be done for new trees. Design Tree Maintenance had to move all the emitters out. In addition, my Fan-Tex Ash was stressed and had to be treated and given fertilizer. My Mesquite also had some issues and was treated. It is definitely worth it to have a specialist take care of the trees, since it is clear that most landscapers do not have the knowledge to trim and take care of them.

After they left you did not even know they were here. Clean up was great.

The office and field personnel were very knowledgeable and courteous. I changed my order to have two large Sousou trees, instead of one, removed from my pool area. Was no problem for their crew. They took them down, took the cuttings to their onsite chipper and hauled everything away. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. They are top notch in my book.
