The people I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job in the removal and trimming of several trees.

The customer service was better overall, than noted above, except that it took three tries to get them out to actually perform the service. It wasted my time a bit so it wasn't ideal. I also had to call in to the office to get them to tell the trimmers that were here onsite to do the trim as I had requested. They got here and didn't want to do what I had originally got an estimate for. Not sure if there was a disconnect or not there, but it did get straightened out and the guys did a super job of trimming a huge tree and cleaning up afterwards. The price was also very fair!

They were very helpful and timely in the serious part of the tree removal.

Really easy to arrange an appointment, but the crew didn’t arrive when expected. No one called to alert me of the delay. When they arrived it was too late in the day to complete the job and they came back first thing the next day. They did a great job. Clean up was great as well. I would recommend DTM and would definitely use them again.

The best thing I like is the fast service - from the time I called to have a very large tree removed - they were here the same day and the tree was removed. Clean-up was also excellent. I would highly recommend them to others, as I already have done to my neighbors.

One week prior I scheduled service to remove two large trees and they were scheduled to come on a Monday morning. Monsoon came through over the weekend and they cancelled my Monday service to handle emergencies. They did come the following day and completed both trees within a few hours. Stump removal was scheduled for another day and they arrived on time and did an excellent job of removal including clean up.

So impressed with this company. Although the quoted price was more than we anticipated, having seen the work and dealt with the employees, we absolutely feel it was worth every dime - you truly do get what you pay for. From Nick who did the initial estimate, to the 1st day crew, to Austin on the 2nd day, and even the office staff, everyone was extremly polite, pleasant, and professional, and went out of their way to take the time to answer questions and give advice, then followed thru on everything. We will definitely be calling them in another month or two when we are ready to replace our current out-dated irrigation sytem. Could not be happier!
