A lot of back and forth with phone calls to when they were coming out for quote. Once quote, no problem scheduling job, but didn't complete job in one visit, a lot of miss communication.

Estimator & work crew both on time and courteous. Office staff followed up in a timely fashion.

The person who estimated the project was very good, as well as the people who did the work. Some of the communication in the office with follow up at times where challenging at times.

I specifically asked the workers to pull their truck into the yard (I have room for a truck of their size) and they refused. I have tortoises and I was worried that they would slip out through the gate if it was left open). They said they would watch for the tortoises and would make sure they didn't slip out. The day was quite windy and, with the gates left open to flap in the wind, they were badly damaged. I am still not sure if I have my tortoises as they often hide. But I am upset that they would not do as I asked as it would not have interfered with their work at all. They also told me they were careful about nests with eggs and/or birds. Well, maybe not so much. My pup brought me two dead baby birds yesterday! They had to have come from the trimmed tree. They had been plump healthy babies that looked like they weren't far from fledging. The tree is trimmed (maybe a bit more than needed) but I am unhappy about the gate, worried about my tortoises, and upset about the birds.

They kept us informed of the schedule and did a good job with our 2 large trees.

Did a great job.

I appreciated that Ben worked with me on the estimate, and the 3 workers who did major tree trimming were efficient and safety minded.

I thought the price for the deep root fertilization was high for the 15 minutes the guy was here

I have not personally viewed the job. However, my landscaper, tenant, and neighbor -- all of them, were impressed with the customer service, the friendliness of the crews, and the completeness and cleanup of the job done.

Said they would show up between 2 and 5 showed up early were done within an hour left the place clean
