"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

"He checked all the boxes - timely communication, scheduling, notice before arriving, candid about not needing a new disposal after pulling out a mangled piece of something plastic, diligently completing a not easy to do faucet and stopper replacement plus old, sticking, leaking turn on/off valves under the sink, and all around professional and pleasant. "I hired Right Now Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet in my home. I replaced the contents of the tank just a few months ago, however water continued to leak into the bowl once the tank was full. Johno Cain came out and immediately diagnosed my problem, made some minor adjustments to the hardware in the tank and my problem was fixed. He could have recommended some things that I didn't need in an effort to charge me more money, but he was very honest and knowledgeable about his craft. As a result of the excellent customer experience I received from Right Now Plumbing, I will be hiring them to do the plumbing in a kitchen remodel project I will undertake in the next few months. "He responded quickly and noticed that my water heater was only 3 years old. He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. He was kind and patient in what was a stressful situation due to other issues going on at the same time. I am forever grateful to Darrell."

"Five stars! Bill arrived exactly on time and serviced both of our fireplaces. Our home is almost 20 years old and we have never experienced such high quality of service. In the past, we have had technicians from bigger companies, and never received this level of service. Bill communicated what he was doing through the process and also shared important safety tips no one had previously told us. Bill removed the glass and polished it with glass polish. He explained the negative effect that ammonia-based glass cleaners can have overtime on the glass. Our fireplaces were almost like new when he left. We recommend Wammoth Services. You do not find this level of quality of service anymore. We will only use Wammoth Services going forward and are already booking our annual appointment for next year. "I would recommend this company immediately for anyone looking to have insulation work done. Our house was extremely drafty and bills for heating and cooling were high- after the initial consult , I was sold and hired them. The job was no small task but I was very impressed with the teams professionalism, attention to detail and their very special attention to keeping the place in some order in between the days of the project. "I had a great experience with ARS/Manassas thanks to John Curry, their knowledgeable and professional plumber. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on. You can imagine how many things could go wrong? How long this could take if anything went wrong? Nothing did. The job was done expertly and quickly. The water was off for a very short time. "Ignacio and Devon came by to reinstall a toilet that got loose off the flange. A previous plumber at another company installed it incorrectly a year or two back. They also did a Water Heater flush. They were quick, precise, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They even made sure to clean anything they touched. There was an electrical issue they weren't sure about, but they stayed to make sure it got resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll be hiring 1Stop Mechanical for other plumbing projects. Prices are very reasonable as well."

"The work completed by American Plumbing, Inc. was outstanding! We discovered we had a leak in the water line into our townhouse. This was confirmed by Fairfax Water on 12/16/25 (Tuesday). By Tuesday afternoon our need for a contractor had been advertised by Angi's List and Dan from American had visited us to evaluate what we needed done. Based on his evaluation of the situation and knowledge we hired American to complete the repairs. The repairs were done on Thursday morning (2 days!), they showed up when they said they would (early actually!) and in 4.5 hours completely replaced the outside water line with a heavier grade of copper pipe with a 20 year guarantee! When they left you couldn't tell they had ever even been there! I have rarely in 40+ years as a home/property owner dealt with a more professional & talented company and crew."

"The job consisted of troubleshooting an existing electrical reset problem with a GFCI panel installed for a Hot tub. The electrical work passed all areas of inspection except the reset button on the GFCI not working and 3 strict county inspectors had inspected every aspect of the job but it failed on this 1 issue. The electricity worked going to the SPA but every time the reset or cutoff button was pushed, the circuit GFCI would burn out thus rendering it inoperable. The gentleman from Your Home Service & Repair Company, Inc located the source of the problem (electricity was coming in on the load side rather than the line) in about an hour and quickly fixed it the following appointment while making a safety modification as well for what I considered a reasonable price. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable."
