She was passionate, patient, and very thorough, Martin and Jole converted our old tub ( 1951) to a beautiful shower, it is a joy to walk into our bathroom. They had professional expertise. All three of them has proven to be an outstanding asset to the West Shore Home Company."

"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

"I hired Right Now Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet in my home. I replaced the contents of the tank just a few months ago, however water continued to leak into the bowl once the tank was full. Johno Cain came out and immediately diagnosed my problem, made some minor adjustments to the hardware in the tank and my problem was fixed. He could have recommended some things that I didn't need in an effort to charge me more money, but he was very honest and knowledgeable about his craft. As a result of the excellent customer experience I received from Right Now Plumbing, I will be hiring them to do the plumbing in a kitchen remodel project I will undertake in the next few months. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on. You can imagine how many things could go wrong? How long this could take if anything went wrong? Nothing did. The job was done expertly and quickly. The water was off for a very short time. "My tech was quick to point out some rather glaring issues that were difficult to rationalize. I immediately recalled a prior summertime repair from a different company whereby my system was deemed to be at the end of its useful life. Two wires (yes two) were found unconnected at the safety pressure switch. A toggle switch on the Trane Gas valve was found in the off position also. This system will go another ten years, I'm convinced of that, but it appears this Vienna, VA outfit felt that they could make the case with dubious business practices."
