"I had a great experience with ARS/Manassas thanks to John Curry, their knowledgeable and professional plumber. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. "My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. He was kind and patient in what was a stressful situation due to other issues going on at the same time. I am forever grateful to Darrell."

"Technician arrived early, and was ready to diagnose and fix my Heat Pump/A/C if it was required. The technician, Diego, was very professional. Arrived in a full size van which You can stand upright in, and had everything needed for the job. He inspected external coil, compressor, lines, and the HVAC inside the house, very thoroughly. I forgot to add, Diego put new blue boot covers on before he entered our house each time. He determined we needed a little bit of R22 (Freon). Once that was done, he inserted a temp gauge into the Inspection Hole in the vent above the furnace. Nice & crispy cold 68-degrees was pumping through the house. Yay! I have dealt with at least six (!) different companies, and never had such a professional tech who explained everything thoroughly step by step, and did everything neatly, and cleanly. Everything was fastened together better than it was before and our system rocks! Best HVAC service, hands down! NOTICE: We have not been compensated for this review in any way or form. "Ignacio and Devon came by to reinstall a toilet that got loose off the flange. A previous plumber at another company installed it incorrectly a year or two back. They also did a Water Heater flush. They were quick, precise, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They even made sure to clean anything they touched. There was an electrical issue they weren't sure about, but they stayed to make sure it got resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll be hiring 1Stop Mechanical for other plumbing projects. Prices are very reasonable as well."

"My tech was quick to point out some rather glaring issues that were difficult to rationalize. I immediately recalled a prior summertime repair from a different company whereby my system was deemed to be at the end of its useful life. Two wires (yes two) were found unconnected at the safety pressure switch. A toggle switch on the Trane Gas valve was found in the off position also. This system will go another ten years, I'm convinced of that, but it appears this Vienna, VA outfit felt that they could make the case with dubious business practices."
