"I first hired Sid at HVAC Services about 13-14 years ago, after a larger company, ruined our boiler system by overwhelming the expansion tank during a routine tune up on a 50yo boiler. That larger company refused to back up their work or accept responsibility. We hired Sid, via word of mouth from a neighbor. Iâ m glad we did. He installed a high efficiency boiler for us, and boy did we start saving money immediately. After he did that, we hired him to fix our AC units that, the same larger company had not only over sold us on, but did not install properly. Eventually, those old acs quit working (they never cooled our 100 yo house properly to begin with). Then Sid installed new acs for our house. We not only had better ac units, but our house actually cooled properly. A few years ago, we were put in an unfortunate position, of having to completely rebuild the inside our home after a house fire. We hired Sid for the HVAC installation. He and his employees had to install new ductwork, our furnaces (we did not go back to a boiler system) and our ACs. The equipment that he installed was high efficiency and is comfortable during all the months of the year be it hot or cold outside. Sid is very excited to find the newest and best technology for his clients, he is honest, takes pride in his work, and from what we have experienced with other bids, is very competitive and fair, with his pricing. We are quite happy with our HVAC system he installed for us, and we plan to continue to have him maintain and service our units well into the future."

Typically you need to pay much more for this high quality work, but to get both the highest quality work for a responsible price is unheard of. "DTP Home & Office Inc. completed a major renovation and addition at my home, and now I love my home! It s everything I wanted and more! Thomas regularly communicated with me about scheduling, budgeting, ordering, delivering, installing, inspections, etc. so I knew what to expect each step of the way. There were unanticipated delays due to SDGE, custom ordered doors and windows, and rainy weather; but the end result is that my home is better than I imagined it would be and it was worth it! My primary concern was staying on budget, and Thomas provided options at each phase to ensure the project remained within budget. Thomas treated my home as if it were his own, paying attention to detail and making sure I was ok with what was happening, and then making adjustments if/where needed. He completed most of the work himself and brought in subs with impeccable standards like his own for concrete work as well as installation of new HVAC throughout, hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom counters, shower glass, and stucco. Thomas reviewed my renovation plans for removing two walls to reconfigure and expand the kitchen, and made suggestions to the kitchen layout to create a more functional flow and an overall better use of the space available. To create an open concept floor plan, a wall was removed between the kitchen and a bedroom and we also took down most of the load bearing wall and then installed a flush header. We relocated the sink and stovetop then added an L shape cabinet configuration, double oven, spacious pantry, conter-depth fridge, dishwasher, service window, and a solid slab island with 7 cabinets for storage and seating for 5. The galley kitchen I previously had was closed off from the dining room and living room, was lacking storage and functionality and was really only a one-butt kitchen. Now everything has a place, there s ample room for food prep as well as cooking, and the kitchen is the heart of the home where we all love to gather, even as a family of 20+ for the holidays. Slight adjustments to the plans for the 500sqft addition also maximized the use of space to create a peaceful new master suite (bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet), while still including the generous corridor with French doors and sidelights, a laundry room filled with sunlight, and a covered patio. I am so happy with this renovation/addition and the overall transformation of my home. It was such a pleasure working with Thomas. He is kind, professional, organized, and extremely capable as a general contractor. I highly recommend Thomas for your home projects."

"Everest heating and cooling is my new go to hvac company!! My air unit went out Friday night around 10pm. I called multiple companies and they either wanted a small fortune or wouldn’t come out at all. I called Everest and talked to there hvac manager ray and he agreed to help us out not only did he come out immediately but he had my air conditioner up and going in a matter of minutes. He even called back the next day to make sure it was still working right. Everest will definitely be my go to service company."

"The whole team was awesome. The sales person was not push and incredibly friends (which was NOT my experience with other companies). There was no 'only today price' or lingering and changing numbers. My sales guy (Jay) was my contact through the whole process and coordinated with windows and siding teams to make sure everything was right. The windows look AMAZING! and are area sealed completely with no drafts at all. They also put extra insulation in wall before putting in the new windows. The siding team were such hard workers and very polite. I can't tell you the attention to detail. EVERY place where edges meet are sealed with clear caulk. Cleanup was really fast and they did a great job. They even offered to put on new lighitng/door bells if we wanted to run and buy some:-) There was a little bit of an issue with telling me I didn't have to get new gutters - that they could put them back on but it turned out that wasn't possible and I had to write a $1,500 check for new ones. But they look great and much better than what was there. It was just an unexpected expense."
