The tech they sent (Kevin) was honest and was able to find the REAL problem. (Thermostat) The company before "Real" said the whole system was defective and in need of replacement. They wanted for me to lease a system. HA! "Real Refrigeration" was interested in solving the problem quickly and I felt they operated in the best interest of the customer.

Our AC broke at night. I called and tried to get 3 other companies out. No one could give me even a window of time and they were very expensive for just a diagnostic. In steps RRR….I texted with Evans late the night it broke and asked him to call my father in law the next am to work out the details to fix it. He did and had a repair guy at our house by 8 am the next morning. The diagnostic charge was half of what others were charging and our total payment was less than the service call charge for any of the other 3 companies. I highly recommend RRR and we will be using them again!
