"I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar."
