"Mike did two jobs for us, a toilet install and fixed a shower that was leaking water in the bathroom below. He was prompt, flexible, nice, knowledgeable and his rate was a great value!! I also appreciate that he didn't upcharge me for work like some do. He easily could have told us that we had a broken pipe in the wall and ripped out the ceiling, etc. Instead he started with the cheapest and least intrusive option, which worked fine. "The crew came quickly and on time. They draped my stairway and protected my carpets carefully and put coverings on their shoes from the moment they walked in the door. What started as a seemingly simple project became a lengthy one as they realized that the backup originated close to where the house clean out joined the city sewer. Despite the extra hours, there were no add-ons to the original quoted price (which has happened in the past with other plumbers.) They left my bathroom, shower and floors cleaner than when they found them and the clog (a huge nightmare of excrement, roots and whatever) was cleared so my drains now run quickly without backup. I have used their service now for years and have found that Honest Abe lives up to his name every time."

Working with Mark, Mike and Kelly just got better and better when I called them in a panic that my huge delivery of 75 boxes of flooring was unexpectedly arriving in 25 minutes, just when a terrible thunderstorm was coming and it would be left outside. To my delight Mike was here in 20 minutes and went into overdrive to see that my flooring was inside and dry seconds before the storm hit. This is a wonderful company with delightful, professional and hard working people. They now have my loyal business for life! "I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"

"Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly.
