Jamie our plumber arrived right on time & very efficiently performed three jobs for us. These included replacing a kitchen disposal, installing a vanity water faucet, flushing the water heater. He patiently explained each task and stayed until all were completed. We were so pleased we've entered into a service contract with Beacon Home Services.

Company was very responsive. Tech was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer as many questions as I wanted. Provided multiple options for the work, and allowed me to choose which was best for me without any pressure. Ultimately, work was completed as promised, and very professionally. Couldn't be happier.

Could not be happier with Beacon. Friendly lady set up my appt. and sent out a personable young man (Mack) to work on multiple projects in 3 areas of my condo. Mack really knows his stuff. What an exhilarating experience to have everything go well. Restores my faith in humanity. If I ever need anything in the future, I will call Beacon and I will request Mack! 5 STARS

Fast and friendly service to our emergency

Andre showed up a bit early, which was fine and within the window I was given, which was a nice surprise. I feel that with some other companies, they kind of show up whenever they can. Andre listened to what I had to say (which some places really don't bother to do) and then checked under my sink and then explained my options. He wasn't really pushy with the options that I didn't want. The work took about as long as he estimated it would and he did a great job cleaning up after he was done. He demonstrated that everything was fixed and showed me the new ball valve he installed and asked if I had any questions. Beacon then sent me a receipt with pictures from the work. Beacon does great work, but be prepared to pay a bit more than you're probably expecting. having said that, I'd hire them again.

Was great

Excellent work done by the professional gas plumber Jamie who fixed several gas leaks in the basement of the house by replacing several old pipes with union system pipes. In time, professional, and state of the art work. Highly recommended!

Quick turnaround in getting a repairman to fix/replace a leaky line valve -- much appreciated! And the repairman was utterly competent, knowledgable, and communicative re: the problem and options for solving it. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Jamie was very professional. He had some excellent hints for us to care for our equipment. Have asked for him personally to do our full house plumbing inspection.
