First, they arrived in the 1-hour window of time that I was given, which is unheard of, especially since ours was their 3rd job of the day. Brian has a wonderful easy-going personality and didn't try to rush us into making quick decisions when some questions arose about the extent of pruning for a few of the trees. He discussed each tree with me before any work was started and gave me insight on what was best for the health of each. The whole team was pleasant, efficient, and did a fabulous job!"

"Hugo and his crew took down close to a dozen trees for us for a very reasonable rate. Some of them (large Oak trees)overhung our house and they were still able to skillfully take them down without any danger to the house. They also cleaned up all of the debris and then some. I mentioned we had recently had our driveway resurfaced and they kindly put down sheets of plywood to protect it from their tree trunk removal equipment. We will definitely be using them going forward for more trees we want removed and also to have the stumps ground. They are also very friendly and worked long hours to get the job done. "The owner and his brother are both very hard workers. They spent two days taking my residence from a very rundown condition to making it look beautiful. They performed quite a few tasks including tree trimming, gutter cleaning, lawn mowing and debris removal to make my property look exceptional. They noticed that several branches of one of my trees were putting pressure on the power line connecting my house to the grid and removed them. I had never noticed the problem before but am very thankful they took care of it."

"Major tree removal/trimming job. Large team did an excellent job. Because I had to add another tree to the job while they were onsite (due to rotting not seen from ground), John agreed to toss in removing my dilapidated children's playset (that was there when I bought the house), which was a huge help to me. They finished after I had to leave for an event, and they next day, I noticed a few things they missed (probably due to lack of light). It took them a few weeks to come back and finish, mostly due to rain, but they did come back. Very happy with the work. Would use them again."

"I hired Brianna Jensen, of Autumn's Horticultural Service, because I wanted to support a local small business. I am here to say that it was great decision! I had several rather medium-large projects that I needed done, from getting rid of an invasive plant that was taking over my river rock and Hosta garden. This had to be accomplished by literally digging up all the plants and sifting through the dirt to remove any signs of roots or pieces thereof, plus digging up my gigantic Hosta, dividing them, cleaning their roots in a bucket, and replanting them to make a separate Hosta garden in addition to the existing one. Brianna worked very efficiently and completed an incredible amount of work in less time than I had estimated! She is strong, and can easily lift 50 lbs. She is knowledgeable, professional, talented and is an incredible person - friendly and very kind. I would recommend her to anyone. She has worked on many different projects."
