"My home is a manufactored home! I bought and installed a Safe Step Walk-in Tub and was told by Co Rep (when leaving) that I will need a larger water heater. I removed the 30 gal htr and had a 50 gal one installed! Still Too small!!! I then installed a Point of Use one! I blew up!! Got a replacement P. o. U. It too was too small! I contacted FPL and Safe-Step and spoke to engineering at both! FPL told me to get a larger HTR (but I can't) the space is too small! Safe-Step told me that they couldn't reccomend anything for Legal reasons! I had three more estimates from Plumber's who had license, two said they couldn,t the 3rd suggested one so I put it in and it blew up!!! I went back to Home Advisor again. Told to try this company! Benjamin Franklin said what I needed was a Thermostacic Splitter. Iit was installed at a cost of only $ 350! The other companies were form 1500 -2700 for the Point of Use HTR's!!! Now Ben Franklin explained that it was not in their best interest to sell me something that was not what I needed. It's always about the bottom line or they are either greedy or stupid!!!! I can't sing BF's praises too much! I wish I could give them 10 STARS in each category !!!"

"This company is absolutely awesome! Just because he took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Giving me that peace of mind I needed. Mind you they already quoted me a price and made sure I stood in my budget. I know I am a very strong personality. And he took the time to calm down and that means a lot. The day that he came out was extremely frustrated from not having a kitchen sink for 2 weeks. The gentleman got right to work and within the hour fixed everything, clean everything up, and end telling me about maintenance to keep up with on my own. "We had a persistent problem with our guest bathroom toilet not flushing and our tub not draining. ACE came out and after having no success with standard procedures and sending a camera down (which we viewed), it was obvious that our 27 year old plumbing needed a major clean out. They gave us a quote, which we accepted, and sent out Juan Fuentes and his partner and they were amazing. The clogs were tougher than expected, but they went the extra mile and worked tirelessly for hours to clear those lines. They even went and got another machine to help with the issue. Juan made sure every line in the house was cleared and we saw the camera footage to prove it. What a difference from the original images we saw!!! Ace is not the cheapest option, but if you want the job done RIGHT, then choose Ace.
