"We had water hammer problems. The plumber (Kyle) asked me to explain the extent of the problem and then walked thro' the house checking all the faucets for water hammer. He then asked me to demonstrate the extent of the problem when using the dishwasher (which caused the worst problem). I turned on the machine and he looked under the sink and got hold of the water valve and said here is the problem! The valve wasn't fully open, so he opened it and the washer ran without any water hammer. It took all of 15 minutes, and he said there would be no charge. He was very pleasant to deal with and listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly Plus he double checked with a senior plumber in the office to confirm what he thought the problem might be. Very happy with his attitude, demeanor and 100% concentration on solving my problem."

Mike P showed up early! Yay! I showed him the part that needed to be replaced. It was a tricky configuration but I knew Mike was the guy for the job. As I was showing him the area of repair you could see his mind putting the repair together like a puzzle! It was quite impressive. He was excited to do the job. It’s a pleasure to see someone with passion for his occupation. After the quick repair he was kind enough to do a quick look through the house for any potential future problems. He advised me that my soft water tank was leaking and gave me 2 quotes to compare for the repair. I had gotten 8 estimates for a main sewer line repair where a tree root had pushed down on the pipe causing it to belly and also separate from the city sewer stub. Because of the possibility of the city having to be involved plus SRP because of an easement on our property the possibility of the job going into the tens of thousands was looming. "I would use this company again. I hired this company to come out for a simple plumbing fix for a toilet issue that actually turned out to be more serious. They found an issue that was covered up by the previous owner of my townhouse and I didn't realize the tank was cracked. The plumber came two days before my appointment but was on-time very efficient and found the root cause that I didn't see at all. Even the owner came to help because the toilet had to be replaced. Very nice and knowledgeable plumbers knew exactly what to do and went to great lengths to resolve the issue as soon as possible. "I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) Fast turnaround. My father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request."
