"Lucas Kimbrough was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, arrived early and was so polite! He listened to my concerns and needs and not only met them, but exceeded them! The project was removing a cast iron tub and tile surround and replacing it with an acrylic pan and walls to create a walk-in shower that went to the ceiling (all in 6 hours!). The shower turned out beautiful, I can't wait to use it! Also, the bathroom was cleaner afterward than when Lucas arrived. THANK YOU WEST SHORE HOME! I'll be calling again for some window replacements next!"

"this was a pretty big project 'to me' and didn't really know what to expect. I usually do all my projects myself; however, sometimes it's better to get outside help and forget the frustration.!!! my first contact was with Terry at the office and he walked me through the whole procedure and let me know how things would progress. set up an appointment time and had two workers (Andrew and Kevin) on the job and on time.! Andrew got the information on what I wanted done and he and Kevin dug right in. I periodically watched them to see what they were doing and they kept things running smoothly. Awesome manners, awesome business ethics, AND awesome work.!! sometimes, it is GOOD to let some one come in and handle the stress. this job probably would have taken ME two or three days and they had it done and all the mess cleaned up in one day. I talked to them about some other projects that I have on the back burner and it'll be no problem now. about cost - this is a project that I MIGHT could've done but at what price and what hassle.? this project came in at about what I had expected and was completed WAY faster than I could have done it.! "Nathan came after our warranty company sent a crappy company LYNNCO who misdiagnosed and did nothing to try to solve our problem. We were almost a month without a washer fooling with them. I was connected with Nathan and he was very understanding and patient to our initial desire to have the warranty company rectify the situation-stay away from AHS. We ended up calling him back and he came out and worked diligently to figure out what our issue was. It was a combination of things but he did get our drain unclogged and our washer working without overflowing onto the floor! It was not the plumbing vent like the first company said. Thanks Nathan."

"5.0 across the board. Most highly recommended! We got on-site, in-person estimates from all three companies in the Knoxville area that do concrete leveling. One company uses the mud jacking process (pumping a grout mixture under the concrete) which we were not so sure about after learning more about it, so we ruled them out. American Foundation, and their other main competitor, use the polyurethane injection process instead, which we liked better. Ultimately we selected American Foundation and Basement when their estimate was ONE THIRD what their competitor quoted. Their competitor quotes one price with unlimited poly. American quotes what they think the job will actually take, then advises you that it may take up to 10% more, at $11/lb if it does. I was quoted 300 lbs and the job ended up just under that, so I owed nothing more. Had I gone with their competitor, I would have paid nearly triple. And while they do not give a refund if the job uses less than the estimate, our crew was more than happy to void fill a couple of extra areas for us since we were still under the estimate. Overall, an incredibly professional and well-done experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated an accurate bid that asked me to pay for what they expected the job to cost. Nothing more and nothing less. Contrast that with a bid for triple the amount and lots of pressure to make a decision within 24 hours (to get a 10% discount off the already inflated price). The icing on the cake was the phone call from the competitor owner minutes after telling the competitor salesman that we decided to go with another company. Not only was he incredulous that I would go with American (I didn't name the company and nor did he, but he referenced poly injection, so that is who he meant), he assured me that ultimately, American would be more expensive by going over their estimate at the job site. Of course, as mentioned above, that never happened. Nice job, American Foundation & Basement Repair! Salesman Zollie Cantrell was a pro and very helpful. Foreman Scott and helper Travis could not have been more professional or careful. And Sales & Marketing Manager Scott Flanary was quick to call when he discovered a minor error in my favor on the balance paid. Hard working honest people."

"This review will end up being a 2 part review. First, East TN. Plumbing Solutions/Mike, came out on the same day I called, yippee! Once here Mike reviewed the problem n it turned out NOT to be a leak at the main water line but a faulty faucet next to the main water line that developed a small ongoing drip! He did a close inspection and dug around until he was positive of the source. Because of his and the companies experience and dedication they choose not to gouge the homeowners but to help because they know it could be them on the other side. I was extremely grateful for his help and scheduled another project for them next week to remove the existing connections and install a full house water filtration system upstairs. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in their expertise and pricing. YES, they deserve a 5-star rating and I know you'd be just as happy with the results n' treatment they'll provide you as well."

"AFS was a great company to work with they adjusted the contract to complete necessary work that the Structural engineer noted in his report to me. Kevin salesman , crew, lead Johnny, Tanner, Shawn ,Twinkie(Tyler) were great , knowledgeable and walked me through each step they were doing, Salesman came out the first morning and was with us the first hour just to be of support to this old lady, Thanks Johnny and crew were constantly on the moved and very detailed and not afraid to redo steps that they felt were not to standard. Keep me informed of what steps they were taking and I felt like their knowledge was a winner to me , above and beyond what I expected . Not sure about the other crews , but you can't go wrong with the gentlemen who worked when me for 4 days off and on the rain and weather played a part in the length of the job not the company. A side note . I received 3 quotes form different companies I did chose the best one for my job .AFS"
