"I had been considering converting my tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower for nearly two years. I received quotes from 3 companies, including Westshore Homes direct competitor. Westshore wasn't the cheapest but all 3 companies were in the same range for what I wanted done. I finally decided to give Westshore the bid and boy am I glad I did. For me it was the level of professionalism from beginning to end. They honestly made me feel like I was their most important customer throughout the entire process. CASSIE CASTEEL was the person I met initially and I cannot say enough about her. She was friendly, personable, knowledgable, relatable and so easy to talk too. It was like having brunch with my best friend. She spent hours with me to ensure I would end up with the shower of my dreams at a price we could both live with. Her customer service is exceptional. From the initial visit through scheduling and the completed project. She was there every step of the way. On the day of install, AYOUB and IBRAHEM arrived at 9:00 AM as promised. I immediately felt at ease with them both. They looked at the project and explained in great detail what would become my new dream shower. They went over the list of materials, how things would progress and asked if I had any questions. Of course I did and I will say they answered everyone of them in great detail. I knew I was in good hands! They laid down floor protectors and other coverings to ensure no damage was done to my home and they were off. 8 hours later, after many questions and sneek peeks, I had the shower of my dreams. To say I was in awe of the workmanship is an understatement. I am very detail-oriented and extremely picky so I was expecting to have a list of things to nitpick. Honestly, I couldn't find a thing! AYOUB went over the final numbers, financing and instructions on how to maintain this beautiful new shower. He was certain to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. We shook hands and he thanked me for my business. Working with Westshore Homes and their amazing team was a blessing. I got exactly what I asked for in 8 hours and I was able to still work from home as they were doing it. It was one of the best remodel experiences I have ever been involved with. "Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."

They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. They explained each step and made sure I understood what they were doing. When finished, they took the old tank, cleaned up and left the area better than they found it. Would highly recommend."

"We woke up and discovered we had no hot water. Went to the basement and found the water heater had sprung a leak. We went on Angi to inquire about getting it replaced as soon as possible. Shane, from Paramount, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for. After Shane completed the work he walked us through what work he did and walked us through all the key components of the new unit. Shane is very professional, dependable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again when we have plumbing needs."

He told me they use Bradford White water heaters and my research showed they are among the top brands. The price they quoted included the expansion tank called for by new codes. Another company quoted an extra $100 for it. The All Advance team arrived as promised, and were very professional again answering all of my questions.
