As a disabled veteran, I thought this company cared about me in a way that I would feel proud about. They came in, gave me the pitch, told me they worked with veterans and knew what paperwork needed to be done to send to the VA and I went with it hook line and sinker. It?s been a month since the walk-in shower was completed, and they have yet to give me the needed final paperwork to give to the VA to process for my HISA verification. Their call center not only lied to me telling me that they were going to send it, they lied to the VA who also called and was informed they were going to send it to them also. As a veteran, I would stay away from this company, far away from this company because of their non-commitment to finish what they started. The workers are superb, the sales team and customer service is trash. I apologize for the tone but I am very upset and it took me 39 days to post this because I thought they were actually working the issue but they aren?t.

Excellent customer service. Excellent finished product. West Shore Home came to install a shower in one bathroom and bathtub/shower in another bathroom. Their customer service is top tier! They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue.

Very good remodeling. Went through the process in detail and worked with me to get the maximum discounts. Finished job in one day as advertised.

I really like the sale man he was so helpful in us making our decision on what we wanted to purchase. I Thank God for sending us a good person. Allen Wade you are the best. Kevin and Vinnie did a great job installing our new tub, toilet and floors

Excellent experience. We had 2 Bathrooms remodeled. It took them only 2 days to demo old and install new. We had 2 crews, Randy (Lead) and Charles for one bathroom and Marvin Ladipoh (Lead), Sam & Antonio on the other. These men know their trade and know customer service as well. No question was too small and they encouraged questions throughout the process. Every concern I had was addressed and resolved immediately. Highly professional and courteous and absolutely all about the quality of work. Even though they had a 4 hour commute (2 each way) each day, I never did I get the impression they were hurrying just to get it done and go. I've dealt with many contractors my sixty plus years and I have never had such a positive experience with any contractor or company in all of my life. I don't say that lightly.

When the service manager came out to my house and looked at the job he was not satisfied with it and scheduled a replacement of the walls. The crew that came out to do it were very professional at what they do.. Eitan and Sam were very professional and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with their work. This was a Baltimore location

Fabio and Tony arrived in the morning they began taking out the old door doing what was required to install the new door, cleaning all dust an debris. I love my new door . Thank you Fabio and Tony for doing a great job!!!
