Mark was able to install a microwave bump out kit, complete basic carpentry in kitchen cabinet to move duct work, and reconnect exhaust vent to the new microwave. He responded promptly to requests and asked questions in advance of work to prepare for the job. Very professional, courteous, and prompt. I would highly recommend him.

Sean, Thank you very much for the feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our invoice did not sufficiently explain the price change. Upon inspection of the problem, the scope changed. Our technician explained that in order to access the plumbing fixture a hole was going to have to be cut in the wall and an access panel created and installed. He explained that there would be an added charge for that work and product. Additionally, you asked to have another plumbing item serviced that required cutting and rejoining pipes. In all, our tech was there for 1.5 hours longer than quoted and provided you with almost $100 in parts alone. If you would like another copy of the invoice with a more detailed explanation, please let us know and we will provide one.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
