Everyone was very nice. They do not use subcontractors which I really liked as most of my issues with past providers of service has occurred with the subcontractors.

Highly recommend. They make the whole process very easy. Shower and bath tub turn out great! The installer stayed as long as I took just to make sure my bathroom is completed . Very happy with my experience with Renken!!

My new shower replacement went very well and I would rate it a 5, assuming that is the good end of the scale. I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. Many thanks to all involved! I recommend Renken Remodeling to anyone looking to upgrade a bathroom.

Never were on time. Missing materials and appointment. Inaccurate measurements. Will solve problems their way to please themselves not you. Took 6 months from start to finish due to unresolved issues. This is the Frederick MD location.
