"I called Mr. Dawoud when I experienced a clog drain to my kitchen sink. We made an appointment for the afternoon, texting me to confirm his arrival (a plus). He initially tried to unclog the drain with a 25 foot 'snake'. When that did not work, he used the 75 foot mechanical 'snake' to unclog the drain. Once that task was completed, he then helped me install a new garbage disposal. Mr. Dawoud is polite, well spoken, and conscientious. This is the second time I have tapped his services and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Dawoud Plumbing."

"The job consisted of troubleshooting an existing electrical reset problem with a GFCI panel installed for a Hot tub. The electrical work passed all areas of inspection except the reset button on the GFCI not working and 3 strict county inspectors had inspected every aspect of the job but it failed on this 1 issue. The electricity worked going to the SPA but every time the reset or cutoff button was pushed, the circuit GFCI would burn out thus rendering it inoperable. The gentleman from Your Home Service & Repair Company, Inc located the source of the problem (electricity was coming in on the load side rather than the line) in about an hour and quickly fixed it the following appointment while making a safety modification as well for what I considered a reasonable price. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable."

He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. "I would definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and fairly priced. Tommy and Terry were both very professional. I had a pipe leading to an outside faucet which was leaking. I explained the problem to Tommy and he gave me a quote right over the phone. The most convenient time for me was Christmas Eve, since I would be off. Terry came out promptly Christmas Eve morning. He replaced the faucet and the pipe through the outside wall. He sealed the new frost free faucet. He did it all in less than an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I didn't mind if he left his boots on in the house, but he took them off, when not walking in the unfinished part of the basement anyway."

"Five stars! Bill arrived exactly on time and serviced both of our fireplaces. Our home is almost 20 years old and we have never experienced such high quality of service. In the past, we have had technicians from bigger companies, and never received this level of service. Bill communicated what he was doing through the process and also shared important safety tips no one had previously told us. Bill removed the glass and polished it with glass polish. He explained the negative effect that ammonia-based glass cleaners can have overtime on the glass. Our fireplaces were almost like new when he left. We recommend Wammoth Services. "My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on.
