If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!

Woke up to no water and quickly figured it was a bad well pump. Called Tommy at 6:15 am and he came over to access the problem. Went to plumbing supply and gave us options on pumps. Installed same day and water is running. Very knowledgable and quick to respond!

Tommy is phenomenal; I called him to replace a pipe and valve for a new dishwasher and he went above and beyond with his service. He arrived an hour later and was able to do the work the next day. I needed a dishwasher installed and a piping issue done for the sink which I didn't expect him to do but he offered a solution and affordable pricing which was $2,500 less than I was quoted from another plumber.
