"It was a pleasure to work with Pino and Jireh electric. They were not pushy and try to up sell you. I hired them to replace my electrical panel and put in some light and run a new circuit for my Microwave. First thing they arrived on time and placed drop cloths on the floor were they going to work. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. My existing panel was mislabeled and they took the time verify every breaker and made labels to put into the panel. I also had a new light fixture which was very intricate and took a while to install. it was a new chandelier with about a hundred crystals that needed to be hung. They verified it was hung properly and and level. They cleaned up everything after they were finished, it looked like no work was done in the house. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have some work done."

I preferred to go with the following morning - he arrived on schedule and since I am quarantined, stayed on the phone with me while he was outside, fixing my inoperable fan. Matt kept me apprised of all necessary repairs, helped me to reset the thermostat, and completed payment and digital receipt all over the phone. The rates are competitive with the 'specials' I receive in the mail, but the service is top-quality attention to detail. "I had called several HVAC companies to come out to give me an estimate to have my A/C and Furnaces replaced in my home - I have 2 zones so that's 4 units. To be honest, Richards was my first choice as they had come highly recommended by a friend, but they couldn't be bothered with me and wouldn't give us the time of day. They were very dismissive and not interested in our business. Not only was Snell quick to show up and give us a quote, but Dave was kind, courteous and professional. He provided us with comprehensive options and he really listened to what we wanted out of this project. Dave followed up with me shortly after his visit and when it was time to make our decision, the Snell team was out at our house in the middle of a heat wave within 3 days to install our new system. They had everything completed in 1 day and everything was neat and tidy when they left! I am so glad that I went with Snell and wouldn't change a thing about the decision that we made. Although their quotes came in a little higher than others, it was totally worth it and we would recommend them to everyone if you want quality work done by professionals that know their business and customer service. "I searched Home Advisor late Saturday night looking for a plumber, not expecting to hear back until Monday. I received a phone call within minutes from Johno, apologizing for the lateness of the hour, but acknowledging that when you have a plumbing problem, you may need immediate assistance. I appreciated his call and mannerly way of speaking to me very much. We arranged for him to come by and assess our problems the next afternoon. There were several: a leak under the kitchen sink, leaking pipes in the basement, and a leaking shower diverter. After discussion of several options, along with pricing, we decided to replace all relevant pipes, and have Johno repair the other leaks. They arrived the next day, on time, giving me a call before arriving to let me know they were on their way, and they came prepared with all necessary equipment. Johno's team, himself and Alex, were both very polite, very professional, and knowledgeable about how best to fix our problems. They finished the job within 3 hours, and we were very grateful, as we had previously hired a contractor who promised big and way under-delivered--still had the same problems as before after two days of working to fix all. There was also a kitchen pull-down faucet that had sprung a leak. He gave me estimates on replacing it with a much better unit, and also offered to find the part we needed to fix the existing one. He took a picture of it, looked it up in the catalog, and texted me all the pertinent information -- part number, warranty, etc., and offered to install it for a small charge. I ordered the part, it came within two days, and the next day he came back to install it. I am very impressed with this young man's work ethic, his willingness to find alternatives that may be less expensive, give his best professional advice, arrive on time, complete the job sooner than expected, come back for a small job again immediately, and most importantly, do a first rate plumbing job. We have found a reliable plumber that we will certainly call on again as needed. He's a Keeper!"
