"Ivan began working with us by caulking all outside windows, then repaired a water damaged wall and window. Next he replaced a drop ceiling with sheet rock in the downstairs areas and trimmed them out with crown molding, and corner trim where needed. He also sheet rocked a bathroom and laid a new tile floor. There were many things that came up connected with this project, and he had great solutions for some of the more troublesome spots. Terrific work ethic, excellent work, and based on much experience I would vote him the BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!"

"I am delieghted with the work that Mr. Jorge Perala did in restoring my flagstone walkway in the front and the back. This was a difficult project and one that was considered undoable by other contractors. Eastern also refinished our marble floor and the granite counters. I am happy to reccomend their services."

They came in on time at 8:30 am and did not leave till 2pm. They explained every procedure and when they were done we had brand new looking bath areas.
