My basement floor is all dry now. However I had an issue with the floor clean-up afterwards which I complained about. The nice thing was that a Keystone immediately called me to discuss my concerns. The issue was resolved amicably and I'm happy to use Keystone for any future basement drainage issues.

Digging under ones house to install drainage is never without some mess. That said, do our best to cover things with plastic and use some dust reduction equipment. We had an internal french drain and sump well and pump system put in out basement. From the salesman Brian to the crew who came to do the work they were all very professional. The estimate was very easy to understand, no high pressure sales pitch. I called Brian several times to ask questions before the project started. The job foreman called me the day before the project started and discussed what was going to be done, we received an email a couple of days before outline how the projects was going to go. And Brian met me in the morning before the project started to just review what was going to be done. When I got home from work the project was completed, everything was very clean and neat. no dirt or mess. Excellent work. Will recommend.

They were very thorough in explaining everything they were going to do. The work was done well - except the guys left so much dirt in my carpet. They did not cover anything with plastic to protect it. Also, when they were finished, I had questions afterwards and emailed the person who left me their card, and she never emailed back. She called for my payment a few days later, but I still have questions that were never answered.

The crew that came and did the work were very professional! On Time! Through! Hiring this company was the best decision we made. Our project was done in August of 2017 and as of current, we have not had water come into our basement, even with all the rain we have been having in Pittsburgh! Again Best Decision!!

Be at home for the time they are working, my only problem that the outside drain pipe was not extended far enough for water to drain away from house, I had to buy more pipe and extend it myself.
