BEWARE! Save yourself the money and hassle. The company sent an inspector for a diagnosis of our water issues, to do the "68 point inspection". We realized the paperwork wasn't filled out correctly and called. Got the run around for weeks. Long story short they cover no work, sent us a letter from a lawyer, took our money and we still have the problem. We were told more than once that the work had a lifetime warranty and we would not have water in the crawl space ever again. This is also stated on their website "all of our work is backed by a LIFETIME WARRANT" This is UNTRUE!

For those reading this review I am sure you can appreciate that we are a very good company with excellent reviews anywhere you look. We have also been in business for 13 years with thousands of satisfied customers. If we were doing such an egregious disservice to people we would not be in business...let alone rated as high as we are. With that said, this customer had work done by a prior company. We were called to fix what the previous company did when it didn't work. They wanted us to "alter" what was there to save money. We explained the work would not have a warranty as it was fundamentally wrong to begin with. They blame us now?

We had this work done only about six months earlier by another company and we were still having water in our basement. We called them several times, but they never returned our calls. The guys from Keystone Basement Systems knew just by looking at what the first company did that it wasn't right! These guys were very professional in their work. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. No more wet basement. And guarenteed for the life of the house!

The company did not access the job correctly ... I still have water coming into the basement ,after spending a good deal of money I still have a water problem keystone basement was suppose to come back and fix the problem it's been over 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything from them .... They are not the company they advertise to be . They push my job back a week , the workers looked like men you pick up in front of Home depot that are looking for a days pay ..

When we met with them the first time, we were under the impression that we were getting a foundation drain put in for the price we were quoted. We had to have them come back out to do another quote for us. It did not include the drain, but they added a third under-pinning for the same price. They did a nice job and the workers were friendly and explained everything clearly. My only complaint would be that they left a lot of large stones and bricks in the dirt that they dumped and I had to clean them up. But all in all I would use them again.

I unfortunately have to agree with what you stated. In your particular we discussed many options with you. The one that you selected did not include the service item you are referring to. That is why the price was lower. That is why we had the paperwork and price formatted for your decision. With that said, I feel that this should have been communicated better to you so that you fully understood what was going on.

Keystone has not started the actual work on my project but returned my call immediately, have been out with a structural engineer, have made appointment to bring electrician out and hvac has been here, all of these are necessary components they have to deal with before anything else can be started. I will submit another evaluation when job is completed.
