We had 5 "smart jacks" installed in the basement. Our new home is over 100 years old and we were nervous about jack hammering into the concrete. The cracks in the walls just kept growing and we knew that we had to do something to prevent more damage. The representative who came to meet with us for an estimate was very reassuring and informative about what would be done. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. He provided a comprehensive proposal and was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled to be completed. This was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone.

Wasn't prepared for jAckhammers. LOL SIGH MAKE SURE you tarp all your stuff in basement. Even with vaccum fan lots of dust.

Arrived when scheduled, dug around the house and installed draining pipes, left everything clean. Friendly crew, professional behavior.

Keystone Basement Systems completed a drainage system in our garage which had been necessary due to water seeping up through concrete seams. We had temporarily â fixedâ this problem ourselves, but knew we would eventually need a permanent fix. So glad we called Keystone. They were prompt and reliable, and finished the job exactly as stated.

Everyone we dealt with at Keystone Basement Systems were friendly, professional, and willing to share their knowledge. During the first visit, Jeff did a great job of giving us all the information we needed to decide if we should attempt a lift/recovery of our house. He also pointed out a problem area, we were previously unaware of, that required an additional beam. Kelly came out next to verify what would be done and layout the work plan. Again everything was explained in detail. They both made us feel at ease by answering all of our questions. Tony lead the install crew. Again very friendly people. As they started to work Tony noticed the possibly of issues and made us fully aware of what could be involved. Luckily none of that happened, but it was nice to know what could happen. The work was all completed in one day. And before leaving Tony gave us his cell number and told us to call with any questions. I did have a couple questions afterwards and when I called, he took the time to listen and answer them. This was a great experience and we highly recommend Keystone Basement Systems.

Keystone did a great job on my foundation. They stand behind their work with a great warranty.
