KBS installed a sump pump in a basement entry way, under Bilco doors. It has been in for 1 Year and has worked perfectly, especially with all the rain we had in the early spring. They had to cut through 12-14" of concrete at the base ( unexpected) and ran 130' of pvc to direct the water away from the house. They worked with me and even made adjustment to the work and the job evolved. They did a good job and would recommend them to anyone. I waited a year for to do this review, the product is time tested.

Keystone basement systems sent an inspector/ sales rep (Brian) who spent 4 hours reviewing and analyzing our specific situation. He provided suggestion and options for our needs. Very through. also provided a highly detailed analysis of the work to be done and the cost. shortly after we decided to use Keystone, we received a call setting a date and tine for the work. The work crew ( Tony, foreman, Chad, Garret and Jake) arrived at the scheduled date and time. Tony surveyed the job and potential access points, discussed the best options with me and started the job. The crew was professional, courteous and quite skilled. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept the dirt to a minimum. Note that this is a dirty job. The job was finished in a timely manner. The system appears to be working although we have had only several storms since the install. Overall i am quite satisfied with the work performed and the work crew and Brian's efforts.

I wanted to wait until the system was up and running for a month before submitting a review. We had an annoying amount of water coming into our basement and garage after every rain event. I called multiple companies to provide quotes, and Keystone was recommended by a neighbor. Brian came to our house to an in-person inspection, was extremely professional, and quickly provided us with an estimate that was slightly less than the other companies, but for a much higher quality product. The install team lead by Chris was also quick and professional, completing the work within the estimated schedule. The system works perfectly, pumping over 1,000 gallons the first day! Daily average on the PumpSpy app is 300+gallons/day since installation. Glad to have a system installed. Thanks again to Brian, Chris, and the Keystone team.

We used Keystone for our internal french drain and sump pump installation. They were great! Brian did our consultation. He explained everything in detail and was always available for any questions we had (via phone, text or email). He made us feel very comfortable. The installation team did a great job. We were impressed with the quality of the work. Dewey was great! He answered all of our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!

I used Keystone for both foundation stabilization with carbon fiber and a full basement waterproofing. I am a developer, so I deal with a lot of contractors. I have dealt with basement waterproofers before, and I've hated every minute of it. That is not the case with Keystone. They are a great company to deal with, especially my salesperson Brian and my installer Tony and his whole team. Keystone is a professional organization. They use top-notch products and are constantly in touch with you on the status. They work hard, their prices are fair, and they are honest. I am battling another waterproofer at a different location right now. In that case, they crushed my main sewer line and removed it without replacing it. They then connected the bathrooms to the kitchen with no place for the sewage to go and then covered the pipes with concrete. That would never happen with Keystone. Tony and his team at Keystone chip away at your floor like they are surgeons. With a lot of other waterproofers, your basement will wind up looking like junk. No so with Keystone, their final product looks great. I can't say enough about this company. To be successful as a real estate developer, you need to find the best out there and add them to your team. Keystone is now my goto for basement waterproofing and foundation stabilization.

Before hiring Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair, Inc, I thought I did my homework. I had gotten 5 estimates to repair my basement foundation. When I called Keystone, they came out and GAVE ME A FAIR estimate with NO HIDDEN mark ups. I had a team of 3 people and two engineers working with me and they all knew what they were doing. They finished the work in one day. They cleaned up and I never knew they were their. The Staff was extremely Professional. We had several companies in for quotes on our wet basement. Some of them I felt like fighting however Scott I wanted to hug! He was very informative, patient with my questions and very easy to deal with. We hired them on the spot and they scheduled the install for the following Monday.

Very professional people. The young men doing the work are very hard workers and do an excellent job with clean up also. You will be very satisfied with the final project.
