I had an exceptionally great experience. I am a first time home-owner and noticed a leak in basement. Used home advisor and found Keystone Basement. I had great feeling from get go, starting with the way they texted and kept me updated as to when the inspector will come. Scheduling was quick and did not ask too many questions. I think the best part was the inspector himself, Scott M. He inspected the whole area inside and out. Polite and educated, as he went through each part and was extremely honest. What I really liked is that on his inspection he found area outside which was a likely source of water coming in. He pointed it out and told us to get it fixed first and if still we experienced water leaks, then, to give them a call. Also, he was honest about what needs to be done to even give an estimate (we had our basement drywall everywhere so will need exploration). I cannot say enough good things about Scott. Keystone is my first call for any future issues such as these.

Keystone was professional and well organized. The company was excellent on follow-up and performed the yard drainage work on time and left the site in good shape. Their employees Austin and Ron were friendly and communicated well during the work.

Did a great job, easy to deal with

We just had an interior drain and a pump installed last week. Everyone was professional and left my basement clean after the job was complete. So far everything looks great and I am happy with their work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs basement waterproofing. If anything changes in time I will update Thank you Keystone Basement.

We had an interior French drain installed in our finished basement the end of January. The PumpSpy was on back order and we had to wait and make several phone calls to have that installed. When the Spypump was installed, the job was done hastily and the tubing for the furnace humidity drainage was not reconnected, causing water damage to our carpet. We didn't file any complaints since we had planned to install new carpet and my husband was able to reconnect. On May 28th we had severe water damage along that wall, causing damage to our wall, newly laid carpet, and newly installed cabinets. The reason the water came through the wall again was that one of the joints of the discharge line was not glued properly. When heavy rains increased the pumps activity this line pulled apart the water went right back down against the wall. We have had 2 visits from Quality Inspection where they attempted to blame problem on whatever else they could come up with, but on the end the guy admitted that the discharge was not done right and thats what caused the problem. We are still waiting for the problem to be corrected and are being told that they will not cover any damage caused by the water. Customer service does not call back as promised. We went with this system for the warranty and it turned out the warranty was useless, not worth the extra cost.

The Keystone Basement Systems workers were very professional and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the French drain installation job. Tony, Charles, and Eric made sure the areas they worked on in our basement were neat and clean after they left each day. Tony made it a point to preserve our steps by taking extra measures with the drilling which we were truly thankful for. I admit that I was very anxious about getting this work done at first but after remaining connected with our salesperson Brian M. and his concern for our situation and being encouraged by the expert skill of those three workers, we were very much at ease and confident with the way this company treats its customers and the quality work they perform. The highest recommendations go out to Keystone for any basement waterproofing needs!
