Very honest and upfront. Cleaned up job sight very well. Answered any question or concern that I had. The only drawback was I got 18 month no interest, which was great but I ended up getting a credit card I didn't know about

Member, What you received is not a credit card. GE Capital (Synchrony) issues the card because your loan is considered a revolving line of credit. They send you the card so once the project is paid off you may use the funds again if you wish or you can cancel. This is the finance company's policy and not ours. That said, it can be canceled as per your welcome packet dictates anytime after payment has been made.

John, Ron, Ed, Josh and Charonda, all of whom were the face of the company can only be described (in their respective capacities) as absolutely professional, efficient, thorough and customer friendly. All of our issues were addressed and fixed in a timely manner. They did what they said they would do in the manner that was clearly explained.

The crew that came to do the waterproofing were in and out in one day. Efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Still waiting for contact from the Radon part of the contract to be finished.
