Brian was our sales rep. He worked with us to determine the necessary fix needed for the basement. He was 100% professional through the entire process. I can not say enough good things about the crew of Wesley, Shawn and Robin. They were polite and answered any and all questions. The final work product looks amazing. We had some questions on work order changes. Dealing with the main office was pleasant and not a problem. I will recommend Keystone to anyone needing foundation repairs and waterproofing.

The workers did a great job.. polite and courteous.. came on a timely basis, got the job done in less than a day and cleaned up afterwards.. we are quite impressed.. will hire them again if we need more work done on our basement

My 30 year old inner French drains with sump pump starting to have problems. Three inquiries well know waterproofing system were considered. My choice was Keystone basement system. Aaron Stull with his knowledge and expertise had an excellent presentation and solution,no pressure for a decision or commitment. Keystone basement system is team work from Renee, Ron, Josh , Jim and all crew members ( actual installations).

The team that worked at our home was so knowledgeable and moved right along. When they were done they left our home as though they were never here. They covered items to protect them from dust and They swept and cleaned debris before they left. Tony the crew manager was great as well as Charles and Eric. The project was finished earlier than we thought which was great. Afterwards I had some trouble with my system app on my phone and Joshua E. Made a special trip to our house and helped me. Awesome company and we do have a peaceful feeling about having the work done by Keystone Basement Systems. Love the ability to go to the app on my phone and already see that it’s working. Dewy and his crew did an excellent job of installing my French Drain and Sump Pump. Showed up on time with work being completed in one day. Overall satisfied with installation and clean up.

Very pleased with the service and product. The estimate visit and explanation/evaluation of what we needed to correct our problem was explained well and very specific to our needs. This company has a sump pump well worth the money. This also was the only company that provides this pump and gave an excellent explanation. U can do all the digging and laying of drain but if the pump isn’t the best all around then how can u depend on your investment to work properly? The crew was so very nice, clean and efficient! Great crew! So glad I went with this company! Highly recommend!

I had a french drain installed to drain water from my driveway. They were on time, started immediately, worked efficiently together, left the site clean. It has not rained as yet so I don't know how well it will work but I have confidence all will be well. The crew was friendly and very professional.
