Completed job 11/13/15, looks great! Internal French drain installed with sump pump. Workers cleaned up and removed all debris. Saved all complete pieces of wood trim and vinyl floors upon removal. Polite and informative crew.

You cannot hire just anyone to do this. Previous system was a shambles and stopped working. Wished seller had given me identifying paperwork so I could warn others! THIS co. has transferable warranty that stays with the house, does not require an annual fee, and includes 5-yr blow outs to keep system functioning properly.

$500.00 dollars a hour is extreme

Thank you for the review, but I am not sure what you mean "by the hour." Our pricing is obviously labor and material. You are not considering that we have to buy the materials and equipment installed at your home.

The company installed 8 carbon fiber straps to reinforce the wall. 2 of the straps were not anchored correctly, rather than anchored to the sill plate they were anchored to furring strips in front of the sill plate. I've repeatedly tried to contact the company and every time I do I get a "So and so will have to call you back" which never happens. They were all to happy to talk to me before they got my money, now that they've been paid it's a ghost town. All I want is for them to correct the work that was done incorrectly.
