Randy from New Kensington. I hired this company and signed a contract back in January. Keystone Basement Systems was suppose to start job on July 9th but did not show up till a month later. Then they told me they could not do my job. Poor customer service ,made several calls and no call backs or no answers plus emails.

Keep an open mind. Even though I signed a contract based on how i was told the system would be set up, only to have things change with no discussion with me. Although they did a good job, not happy with the pump placement.

They showed up on time. Did the work in the time that was promised. Kept the worksite very clean. Managed to do the work without leaving the hot water tank disconnected all night. I would recommend them and hire them again.

We just had our interior French Drain system replaced by Tony and his crew. I have worked in construction when young and know a thing or two. Excellent job. No dirt or dust. Several unexpected surprises but Tony and his experienced crew completed everything in one day. No Short Cuts. Bob Shanahan

This company was extremely professional, from the initial meeting with Brian through completion of the job. Brian was very detailed and patient in explaining scope of work, and did not employ any high pressure tactics. Installers were prompt, polite, and efficient. Very conscientious about keeping work area clean. As for cost, I didn't really price shop because I was favorably impressed from the initial meeting, so can't really say how they stack up against competitors - hence, my "average" rating for value.

Keystone Basement Systems are the best. We are very happy with their work and the repair of our basement. Chuck A. was knowledgeable and confident in Keystone's ability to fix our problem walls. Then, Tony and Charles were efficient, hard working, and extremely neat at getting the job completed. What we also liked, is that the original bid was the final price at the end of the job. :-)

The crew of Houston, Cody and their helpers were very knowledgeable, efficient and mannerly. I have already referred them to two other families.

Expensive for 4 1/2 hours work. However they were a professional, extremely neat and efficient. I now have a dry basement. The new cement blended perfectly with the old cement once it was cured. I’m certainly not unhappy but my wallet is.
