As a Realtor, I've met with and connected clients to Keystone Basement Systems on several occasions; their technicians were always great to deal with, honest and responsive. Our family recently purchased a home in desperate need of several internal french drain systems and sump pumps. This summer has been extremely rainy and we found ourselves squeegying water on a regular basis. One quick call to Keystone and within two weeks, we had three drains installed, a pump and a completed, dry basement ready for us to use and enjoy. Brian M. was our consultant and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely personable and proactive in getting his crew scheduled. Tony and his team of professional laborers were polite, clean and efficient when at our home. Barely any dust from the jackhammer and everything cleaned up prior to the job being completed. SUCH a huge relief knowing the basement is dry, our articles are protected and the value of our home secured and even increased because of the assurance their system and warranty provides. Hired them for a french drain which they could not complete. Offered an option and when I balked at them wanting more money, they finished the job without any additional cost to me.

They were very easy to deal with and timely. I was kept very informed about what they would. So

Cannot rate value yet cause job just finished. Crew of Tony, Charles and Mike here for 5 consecutive days. Always on time, courteous and worked hard all day. Not an easy job. Crew has worked together for 7 years and certainly appear to know what they are doing. This was one of their larger jobs and somewhat difficult replacing failed internal drains are entire entire perimeter of house. Time will tell if system takes care of the problem of bowing and damp walls. Problem allegedly is/was water backing up from floor into the concrete block walls. Two large sump pumps replaced existing pumps which are monitored 24/7 by pump system. Receive information over computer on pump operations.

Every worker knew their tasks. All were friendly and courteous. Any question was responded to with satisfaction. Home is on a hilly location but this did not deter carrying heavy objects up and down as needed. Very professional in all aspects of their work. Project completed with satisfaction and with recommendation to others clients.
