I first met the owner Aaron and his right hand man Scott for the estimate. I knew this was going to be a difficult project but they explained very thoroughly how they would be able to conquer my beast of a basement. I had already received 7 estimates from other companies but NOT ONE OF THEM addressed the safety concerns I had regarding this very difficult project. They were trying to sell me products that I did not need and would not have made our house any safer. Enter Aaron and Scott. They listened to what my concerns were and formulated a solid plan to make our house safe. But, TONY WAS THE REAL SHINING STAR in this scenario! The day the project started, Tony took the time to explain every single minut detail of what was best for the safety of my family! Because of the complexities of one part of the basement, Tony explained that he would have to revise the original plan. He showed me alternatives that would in fact be much safer. And, GET THIS, Keystone Basement took $1,600.00 off of our bill! Tony and his crew, after much deliberation, made the impossible possible! These guys are consummate professionals! I HIGHLY recommend Keystone Basement due to the fact that they are honest and have integrity! Our house is now safe and I can sleep better at night knowing the foundation is stronger now then the day it was built! If I could, I would give Tony ten stars because he is the best in the business! This company went above and beyond for me when my battery died and I could not lit it, much less carry it for recycling at a store and buying a new one. They came out, installed a new one at a discounted cost, and did my 5-year-inspection on the spot. What a relief. Kudos.

Initial inspection was handled very well, did not push for us to have it done and also only suggested we get done only what was needed. Tony did a very good job making arrangements for our work, he came out the day of the install to meet with the crew as we were out of town. The work and clean up was done well. I would highly recommend Keystone.

After being flooded numerous times, I contacted Keystone for an estimate for inside French drains. The salesman came out the next day and was very knowledgeable. Because of all the flooding in my area it was a while before they could do the work, but when they came for my install, they were prompt and did a good job. The foreman Tony was very professional. We haven't had much rain since the install, so I can't say much about how it is working, but I feel good knowing that I won't be dealing with flooding and all the cleanup.

I feel today it is not very often you deal with a business and they truly care about what they are doing. I hired Keystone to do a relatively big job. From the wall straps, to the I beams, to the interior French drains, the sump pumps and even finishing the floor, I could really tell they took pride in their work. The crew that was here sounded like a family and truly worked their butts off to get everything done. I had multiple companies come and give me estimates and quotes before I hired Keystone to work on my house. The other companies that gave me quotes, only had one kind of product and wanted to use it for the entire basement--one involved putting 25 steel I beam wall anchors around the entire foundation. I felt that Keystone was not just trying to sell me whatever they could, but only what my house needed. I went with this company because they had multiple options and products for me to choose from--they do everything from invasive wall rebuilds to wall straps. Considering the amount of work that I mentioned before, I actually insisted on the internal French drains and some wall straps so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything in the future and I could actually utilize my space. Certain things I was told were not really necessary but may be in the future. In other words they didn't try and talk me into purchasing anything I didn't need, but I did opt to do so , so that I wouldn't have to worry about it in the future. The crew dealt with the oddities in the electric and plumbing of my old house, with professionalism , and Tony communicated everything in an efficient, timely manner. There was a lot of prep work too, that they tried their best to have everything accounted for so no issues would occur along the way. Aaron and Jeff came for the pre-inspection to make sure everything was in check, and I knew exactly any prep work I needed to do before the contractors came to do the work. The quality of work was far worth the cost. I'm very happy I chose them to help my house.

Had Senior Service Tech, Chuck Abramski come to check the 7 yr old sump pump installed by Keystone. He needed to do some adjustments to the system since it wasnâ t working properly and spent a great deal of time to flush the system and make sure all was working fine. I found Chuckâ s customer service highly remarkable and rare to find in any technician. I can see why he is the Senior member of the staff. Iâ ve always been please with anything that I need from Keystone who put in the French Drain and Sump Pump in 2012 and their follow-up service. I highly recommend them to all.

From the free estimate to the completion of the project everything went great and even better than expected. Aaron came to the house with a fair and detailed cost quote. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We accepted the project proposal and work began on August 20th, 2019. Josh and Robert showed up on time and ready to work. They are great guys and very professional. No nonsense, just hard workers, yet working with a smile. They knew exactly what to do and wasted no time doing it. They happily answered any and all questions that we asked. Each day they left the basement very clean and tidy. The wall was fixed and the drain system seems to be effective. I highly recommend them! In August Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc. installed a steel-beam wall repair and interior drainage system which I described in a previous 5-star review. In short, all went well, my wife and I were very happy with the management (Aaron), the crew (Josh and Robert) and the work itself. But then a week or so later we got a big rainstorm. I was very disappointed to find water puddles stemming from the new drainage system. So I emailed Aaron. He immediately replied saying "we will get to the bottom of this [problem]". A day later, Renae Taylor (Head of Service) called and set up an appointment for Chuck A. to access the situation. Chuck showed up, diagnosed the problem and set a day to come and fix it. Chuck A. came and fixed, what to me looked like a two-day project, all in one day, all by himself. It was pretty impressive work. He's a great guy too! Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc. stands by their work! From my experience with them, the warranty included in the project is as good as gold!

Put in a french drain 2 days after estimate. Top of line process. Only downside was that they had to cut drywall and left it exposed and unsupported. I think this is the norm for all businesses but adds another 1500 to the project.

We had interior french drains installed on one of our basement walls by keystone basement systems. Scott was the salesman and he was very knowledgable and helpful. He wasnt pushy at all which was really nice. He was always available for questions via phone calls and text messages. Tony and his crew did an amazing job installing the drains. Everything was professional and done very well. There was no mess for us to clean up at all. Everyone was polite and helpful. I would use them again in the future if needed and always recommend them to others. We are very happy with everything from start to finish.
