This company called as soon as I finished requesting a pro for my project. Their representative came out the same day and spent at least 2 hours with me explaining their system. We scheduled the project and it was finished within less than two days. The Foreman, Tony was very professional explaining everything they were doing and answered all my questions. He and his crew of Charles and Mike were very efficient, courteous and hardworking . They finished the job and cleaned up after completion. I would definitely hire this crew again if I have need of their services again. I may have to have carbon fiber strips installed at a later date, and if I do, they will be the ones I will call. Very pleased and satisfied with their work.

They were very professional and arrived on time. They finnished well before they said & cleaned up everything. Our garage looks like a new room in a house. Would recommend them to everyone.

It all started with a search on Home Advisor. After speaking and meeting with 3 other companies, we decided to move forward with KBS. Their sales manager, Brian, showed up on time and was well prepared with all the information and took his time in explaining the process. We needed interior french drains due to water coming in through our basement foundation. Brian gave us a thorough explanation and made us feel comfortable with what to expect with his honesty and extensive knowledge. I've never had a better interaction with a construction or home improvement personnel. As for the crew ... We couldn't be more pleased. Tony (job foreman) and his crew showed up as scheduled and did another thorough walk-through with explanations prior to beginning the work. We were told it would take 4 days and they finished on the 4th. Tony and his crew did an excellent job on a problematic 110 year old terracotta basement foundation. His knowledge and skill with foundation waterproofing was not only impressive, but made us feel at ease. Tony made an ugly and disgusting basement much more livable and we are now happy to know the water issue has been treated and will be maintained. Moving forward, I can only hope everyone else receives the same special attention and professional care. Couldn't recommend a better company. Thanks to Brian, Tony and his crew we now rest a little easier knowing were in good hands.

Tony and Dan were amazing. They came in showed us everything they were going to do and got right to work. They protected everything and did an amazing job. They were here on time and got the job done in a day and a 1/2 . When they left everything was spotless. I would hire them in a second. Great company with great employees.

I purchased a house to flip and I had several basement repair companies come out to give me an estimate. I needed both structural and waterproofing done. From my first encounter with Keystone Basement and Jim Krall I was impressed. Keystone Basement Systems is skilled in both waterproofing and structural work and most of the other companies I spoke with were not, that made a big difference for sure! Jim was honest about the job and all that it would entail from the very start. He kept in touch with me about the progress and he personally made sure everthing went smoothly. When there were questions or concerns Jim himself took my call and went over to my property, sometimes even on weekends, to make sure things were alright. . I appreciate Jim's honesty and professionalism and he gave me the best solutions to make the property dry, secure and sellable. Keystone Basement stands behind their work as well and offers a lifetime transferable warranty which made it easy for me to re-sell. Even after the work had been done and his company had been paid, Jim made himself available to discuss with potential buyers the details of the repairs that Keystone had made as well as the warranty that they would receive when they purchased the home. Jim went well above and beyond the call of duty and he proved to me that there are still people out there are willing to provide great customer service! When I start another project my first call will be to Jim Krall at Keystone for his expertise and knowledge about costs and making the right basement repairs.
