I can't say enough good things about Keystone and Jim Krall. I was so worried about what this project would entail. Jim came to do my estimate and put my fears to rest. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need and he explained what was going wrong, why it was happening, and the things they would have to do to fix it. The cost was less than I was expecting and quite a bargain for the workmanship and guarantee you get. The job was scheduled quickly and the crew showed up on time and performed the work in the time that was quoted. I would recommend that anyone having concerns about their foundation just give them a call and find out what you're dealing with. They guarantee their work and will do a follow up inspection in a few years. I'm so glad that I contacted Keystone and worked with Jim Krall. They're a quality company with honest, reliable people.

When we started in 2003 we did good work, but a lot of our clients commented about how slow the process was. Because we are working inside your home, to the extent possible we want to minimize the work duration...but not let quality suffer. My wife and I were very impressed with Dean and Jim's knowledge and experience with the water problem in our basement when they gave us the estimate. Ron and Josh J showed up early and worked very hard and did a great job. We can't say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism of all of the Keystone employees

Repair crew arrived before scheduled time and waited outside until scheduled. Very professional & personable- FANTASTIC CLEAN-UP!!!!!!!!

It takes a lot of the companies time and focus to be clean when your are in construction. It truly has to be something that you take seriously and stress daily. Lip service will not do. This is why it pleases me so much when a client comments on how clean we are. I estimate we spend, directly and indirectly, $225 on each job when you factor in the additional wages paid to clean and the plastic and dust reducing technology we employ. When you get a review like this, it is well worth it. This is a prime example of what you get when you pay a little bit more for quality. We had an inside French drain with sump pump installed and carbon fiber straps on a bowing wall. The job was completed in 1 day and the crew was friendly and answered all our questions. They were also very clean with very little dust made during the job.
