Very positive experience with Keystone! Company rep Jeff did a thorough inspection, made fair recommendations, and the price was very good. I had a 61 interior drain installed, new sump pump and sump pit. This is an expensive ordeal no matter what, but Keystone was very reasonable. BIG thank you to Tony and the crew, they worked so hard and diligently for two days straight. I m a single mom, and I felt completely comfortable having them at my home. Jeff was in contact with me throughout the project as well. All in all, really good experience, and I m happy to recommend Keystone.

It was a great experience the employees were wonderful and did an excellent job.

I actually had two jobs done waterproofing and finishing. Though expensive, the waterproofing was done quickly, efficiently and well. The problem is they cover the walls with a sheet of heavy plastic that only goes partway up, hangs loosely and is ugly. So, I decided I needed to cover it with drywall. Thinking I would get the same efficiency and quality as I did with the waterproofing, I accepted the extra cost and contracted with Keystone to do the finishing. I was as wrong. It was a disaster. They did not even get started on the project until four months after I signed the contract, and then they only assigned one person to the job and he was apparently working on a couple of other jobs at the same time so that his hours actually working on my basement were unpredictable at best. As a result, the project drug out for three weeks (instead of the one that they told me) and the costs (it was a time and material contract watch out for that!) kept adding on. When the job was still not done after three weeks and a few thousand extra dollars, I terminated the contract. So even after all that, it is still not done, and I have to figure out how to finish it myself. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The project took way too long, cost way too much and is still not done, solely due to the inefficiency of the company. What is worse, they do not seem to care.

Company was very knowledgeable with an outstanding warranty!!!! However there was a TINY flaw in the install and they came out to repair immediately. Showing great customer service. As a business owner myself I really appreciate the quantity in workmanship and how simple the process was. Thank you keystone!!!

Very disappointed! I received an in person quote. Signed and gave them a deposited. Waited four weeks only for the work crew to show up and tell me they cant do a simple straight line French drain. What a waste of time! I am now struggling with the continued flooding that they said they could fix. Cant even get a returned phone call.

I had lots of questions about what was being done to the basement area. The guys were amazingly patient and answered every one of my questions. The entire project was expensive, but they explained every bit of what was being done and I checked every step of the way. They provided a video before I signed for the work. The video explained most of what they were planning to do. So far the basement has been dry and we've had downpours that would normally have created a wet floor ! Everything is dry in the basement so far.

Scott MC. our sales person did a good job of explaining things. I like a sales person that educates me on what they offer, tells me about several options and is not heavy-handed! That is what Scott did. He followed up and addressed every issue along the way. Josh E was very responsive and followed through. The best part of this kind of work is the front end of the sale - but in this case the work was amazing. Three professional workers - lead by Josh #2 worked SO HARD - in hot conditions and even through rain and kept a smile on their faces and addressed all my little worries along the way, very knowledgeable and professionally. We broke the job into two parts to install some plumbing, and they worked well figuring out that step too.
