Write a ReviewKeystones basement did a great job on my french drain and sump pump. Highly recommended
Thank you for your review. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Professional and friendly. Came on time and finished the job leaving a clean work area behind. So far so good.
Thank you so very much for the kind review. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
The workers (Tony's team) were nice. The problem I have is with the customer service. Dean was late for the first appointment he made with me. The work was to be underpinnings, carbon fiber straps and 3 crack monitors. The picture shown to me was a whole wall done with straps. When the underpinnings were completed there was only two straps of about 4 foot each and no crack monitors. Tony called Dean and said that Dean would like me to call him to set a time for him to come and install the monitors. I called him and we set a time for a few days later but Dean DID NOT SHOW UP. I had to call Keystone to find out that Dean had a death in the family and was out of town and that they would have him call me as soon as he came back. Dean called about a week later and set a new day and time for him to come. Dean DID NOT SHOW UP YET AGAIN. I called Keystone and they said he would call me back. Dean called the next day and he said sorry he had forgotten that he was suppose to come here. He said he would go get them and he could leave them in my mailbox and I could install them, it wasn't hard. That didn't work for me as I had already paid for this work. He said he would call in the next few days and set a time. He did not call. I made several phone calls to Keystone and left my name and no one called me back. I don't think it was a coincidence that whenever I called from my phone I would get a recording that all representatives were busy and someone would be right with me and then they would come back on and say to leave your name and number. However when I called a few times from my work phone someone picked up the phone. I spoke with a woman who said she knew about all the calls I made there and to hold on and she would speak with a supervisor name Aaron/Erin. She came back on the phone to ask times when someone could come. As I was working the next few days for several hours she said he would call me . I did say that maybe I could get my son to be there if I knew when someone would be there. He did not speak with me but the woman said he would call me. This was on 9-7-17. On 9-8-17 Aaron/Erin called me during the hours I told them I would be working and left a message on my home phone although I gave them my cell number. Luckily, later that day my son was at the house and picked up a phone call from Dean. He said hey I'm here in your driveway with the monitors. Dean did bring a glue gun with him that did not work. He asked if we had any type of adhesive and he needed a hex wrench and tape. Not very prepared. There were only 2 crack monitors installed on the inside of the garage. ( I thought they were for the outside) . One of the crack monitors is currently lying on the garage floor so I don't think they were installed correctly. As Dean said to my son it's not rocket science!
This review is very troubling for me. After reading it I have decided that Dean must make the matter right by you. It saddens me that all of the above has nothing to do with the actual work we did for you...which is well done. It is for a detail and follow through...which is completely within our control. Dean will be reaching out to you. We will address this! I am sorry this occurred. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Initial visit by Mike was very informative. He explained what needed to be done AND how it would be done. The installers(Tony's team) were A-1. They covered the carpet and were efficient, "quiet", considering the job being done and cleanup was excellent.
I am so pleased to hear that we impressed you. Furthermore, the fact that you commented on our cleanliness makes me smile. The work we do is very dirty. It takes a concerted effort to make the area clean. Tony is excellent at this. I will be sure to pass on your kind words. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Tony and his crew arrived on time and began working . Very systematic approach. They answered all my questions as work progressed. Explained how system would work. Sorry that Mike G couldn't make it. Very impressed with this crew.
Thank you so much for the great review. I will certainly pass on your kind words. Sincerely, Aaron Stull
This business broke the contract after not properly surveying. After failing to test drill a pilot hole, they determined the scope of work was more challenging than anticipated. As a result they took no ownership of the interior demolition they began and the costs sat with the homeowner. The salesmanship was poor and the ability to speak to an owner/president didn't exist once the discrepancies began.
In the world of installing drainage under a home's existing concrete floor, you never truly know what you are dealing with until you start the project. We do not have X-ray vision. A pilot hole tells us the thickness of the floor, which is to say it tells us next to nothing about the substrate under the floor or the hidden conditions. In this case when discovered that we could not do the work. rather than "force-fit" or do something unethical, we told you we could not do the work and returned your deposit. What do we get for being straightforward? A bad review. I didn't build your house or create the problems you have. The repair we thought that would work was found not to be an effective one once we learned more about the nature and environment. Once we learned this we were honest. I would like you to consider revising this review as I feel it is unfair. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Very professional. Started early and finished quickly. Assigned enough workers for the job. Gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Very personable and knowledgeable salesman who stopped in on the workday. Cleaned up well after their work.
Thank you for your review and your business. It was a pleasure to serve you. I always love to hear that our people acted professional and were clean. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Tony and his crew did a fantastic job stabilizing a foundation wall for me. Underpinnings, carbon fiber strips, a cast iron trench drain, a couple downspout boots, etc....all installed in one day! I'll never have to worry about a collapsing wall again! They cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would highly recommend!
Thank you for the kind review of our work. I will certainly pass on your praise for Tony and his guys. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
The work done in my basement included removal of one wall and installation of an indoor drain and sump pump. The work was done efficiently and quickly with very little mess. From start to finish, all of the employees involved were curteous, knowledgable, and took their jobs seriously. I am extremely happy with the end result and will recommend them to anybody that asks!
Thank you for your review and your business. It was a pleasure to serve you. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
Attn: Aaron - I recommend Brian who helped me with waterproofing and foundation issues in my basement. Brian's communication, knowledge, and concern provided a secure feeling to resolve the work needed to be done. Mike and both Danny' did a very good job in the installation, taking care of my place, and reviewing instructions before and after this project. I recommend Brian, Mike, and both Danny' to help with basement and foundation issues.
Thank you for the great review. I am so pleased that my team impressed you. I will certainly thank them for impressing you with their work and professionalism. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President
