Very professional throughout project. Great communication and the crews did an awesome job. Approximately 25’ tree was cut down and removed. A separate crew member completed the stump grinding. I’m very happy with the job and the price was very reasonable.

Communication and inspection were awesome. Kelli was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The only problem we had was when the guys that came to do the trimming weren’t as cooperative. They also ended up damaging a wood retaining wall in our backyard when they were letting branches fall from the tree. We also tried explaining that the point was to trim back away from our chimney, but because on the order sheet it only said to trim 2-3 feet off, that’s all they were going to do. As a side note, they also ended up using our side yard to relax and hangout while they “waited for the next call” even though the one in charge told us they couldn’t fix the tree further because they were already called in for their next job. Overall the experience was good up till the actual work getting done. Just wishing the workers respected our property more and were a more accommodating the needs we had originally requested.
