I am a licensed, bonded general contractor. I say that only because I hire subcontractors regularly. Bailey Tree Company far exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Starting with cost. they were over 30% cheaper then their closest competitor and there were 3 others. Scheduling. They called and scheduled, but more than that they explained the process as to day 1 would be this, day 2 would be that and so on then regularly followed up as the project progressed. This was my first project with Bailey Tree Company and it was a multi day process that included city inspections for roots growing into underground lines and even the city guys had good things to say about Bailey Tree Company, seriously. Follow up. Again, calling, making sure everything was acceptable. Truly professional from sales to sweep, thank you.

They cut down two tall trees and three smaller ones and removed a large branch from a fourth tree. They were very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. Their office kept me well informed about the schedule.

They did a good job for me. Oliver, the guy in charge, was very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing before they started. I appreciated that. They were very efficient and did a total clean up when they were done. I have since found out the price was a little higher than others but I would hire them again.

Although the workers were a little late in getting started on the appointed day, they took down a very large tree in just a little over and hour including cleaning up the debris. After the utility companies marked their respective lines, they ground the stump and removed the surface roots in just over an hour. The mound of shredded bark was bigger than we thought it would be, but it should provide good mulch for a future tree.
