They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves very well. Good Value. Need to return 5/18 to grind the stumps left behind.

I would have given 5stars across the board, but a 100ft hose was cut. But, their work was terrific! Very thorough and cleaned up all debri. Very satisfied.

They arrived early! The crew worked together safely and harmoniously. My yard was cleaned up before they left. On returning to grind the stump the first time the equipment was too small, so we were first on the list the next day for the BIG grinder. And he took out an extra stump for free. The office staff was always friendly and proficient at their work. Bailey Tree Company was in the middle of three bids and very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was kept informed of when they would arrive, and the work was done earlier than originally scheduled, at my request. Everyone was very professional.

Reasonably priced, they were able to schedule work within the same week. Customer service was very friendly. I will be using them again.

The only main bump in the project was that the crew arrived a little late due to vehicle issues. The crew cut back and trimmed two Eucalyptus and an Elm as requested. The crew was knowledgeable and completed the project faster than I expected. I am recommending Bailey Tree Service to another neighbor who has a fruitless Mulberry that requires some very needed attention.

I got two estimates and they were the lowest for the same job. Took awhile to get on the schedule, but they came when they said. The customer service did not let us know the job was to be done in two seperate days...that was a pain. Tree removal on one day and then a week later the stump grinding. The workers were professional and did a good job.

Good overall service. A little bumpy with the scheduling but it got done eventually. I will use/recommend in future

I got 4 estimates and this company was competively priced BUT the customer service was outstanding and their work is exactly as promised. I highly recommend them!
