The owner came right out and gave me a bid. Got one other bid. The competition said the bid from Bailey was very good. Scheduled the trimming and the crew showed up as scheduled. They did a very good job and cleaned up very well. I couldn't have asked for a smoother job!

Everything from the initial appraisal to the stump grinding went very well, on time and I'm very satisfied!

Bailey Tree Company is a professional operation. Alan, our estimator, has broad knowledge of trees and tree care. The crew was also professional and worked tirelessly to trim our huge oak tree while more than 50 feet above ground. They also pruned many other smaller (but still large) oak trees as well as our Bradford pear trees and cottonwood trees. Bailey Tree Service delivered exactly what we requested and at a reasonable cost. They were also careful to clean-up the area when the job was complete. We would not hesitate to request their service again and we highly recommend Bailey Tree Service to anyone who needs assistance with their trees.

Very responsive

While it appeared the Bailey did an ok tree job at first. We have found major issues since the job was done. We were not home when they ground the stump and removed "all" of the roots. When we came home, the yard was a mess and there were holes in the stucco where the bark had hit them and a crack in our front window. They make you sign a waiver that releases them of all damage, but it seemed they didn't even take the time to protect our house at all. Since this job, we have found extremely huge roots still left in the yard that we have had to dig up by hand. We were very disappointed since this is exactly what we were paying for.

They arrived on time, did the work I wanted them to do, and cleaned up thoroughly.

The price was right, the work done was excellent. The crew worked hard and were very fast, No complaints.

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Quality was pretty good except that I asked for a flat stump to remain from the palm truck they remove and only about 60% of the stump was left flat. That is a minor defect but they would have gotten a 5 on quality otherwise. Oh, and they did call ahead to say they were coming but left a message on the answering machine because we weren't home. My wife got home first and was surprised to have 2 men come into our backyard without ringing the doorbell first to let us know they were there. It worked out fine and my wife stopped hiding in the bathroom once I got home 15 minutes later.

Very professional and reasonable. Prompt to respond to my inquiry and the work was completed quickly. Would and will use them again for my tree trimming needs.
