"I used another steam carpet cleaning company three years ago - they were 'ok', but given all the rave reviews on here for CPR, I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did, they are awesome! They worked with my schedule and gave me a one hour window. Charlie was running 10 minutes late and called ahead to let me know. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The best part is that he did a GREAT job getting all the carpets really clean - I couldn't be happier - and all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them next time I need my carpets cleaned."
