Very professional company. Was impressed with the knowledgeable estimator and reasonable bid. The crew was on time and very efficient with work. Well done job on a difficult tree removal, it was a large tree straddling property lines on a graded surface with bushes and flowers around the area.

Did not meet the schedule quoted. Waited for personnel and had to make several calls to get them on site. Ruined areas of lawn and sprinklers. Left cat tracks on driveway, sidewalks and asphalt. Poor tree trimming.

They were amazing. The only concern I had was they left the tree trunk pieces in the street for a week w only a caution tape around it. I think that's dangerous.

The trees were cut down almost 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the stump removal. I was not informed this was a 2 part process. The gas lines need to be identified and that hasn't happened. I don't understand why checking for utility lines can't be done the same day the tree(s) are removed.

We're sorry we were not able to meet your expectations by having everything completed the same day. Stumps are always done on another day due to needing to bring in a separate piece of equipment. Most importantly we have to get clearance from USA North to ensure utility lines are marked. I'm glad we were able to finish the job with out any incidents. BTC Office

I am still in the middle of the tree trim and tree removal project. The stump grinding will finish this project. Very prompt on getting me a bid, and explained the entire process. The trimmed trees look so much healthier. The men cleaned up really well after the daily work. Very thankful. Definitely recommend Bailey Tree Svc.

This has been a very good experience from the initial contact with the estimator through the work performed by a very capable crew. The crew worked well together and were very pleasant. The crew really knew their stuff and the palm tree looked really great when they were done. Thanks for a great job.

The crew arrived early, got the tree surgery done on 3 large trees and cleaned up perfectly all in about an hour. I thought the trimming was done expertly and safely. I have already recommended this Company.
