Did really nice job of trimming and a great job of cleaning up.

Our project consisted of: 1) removal of 4 large / tall trees; 2) opening up 5 tall Redwoods; 3) trimming of 2 large / tall tree; 4) the topping of 4 Liquid Amber trees; 5) the trimming back or 15 years of growth on 100 ft. length of Photinia; and 6) the sculpting of 1 of our prized Japanese Maples, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Chris Flood is a true tree expert, very informative and listened well to our needs. He was on hand with the 5 man crew throughout the process. They called me within minutes of my submittal and were here the same day to bid. Chris was very informative about what they would do and how to deal with the surface roots. My neighbor was having a tree removed by Bailey and we agreed that they would cut up the wood from both trees and leave it for me. They came out within a few days, took both trees but forgot to leave the wood. Called Chris and he apologized and said he would drop off some wood for me. The next day, there was a load of wood neatly stacked where I asked him to leave it. They sub out the grinding and they didn't grind very deep, so there's still some close to the surface.

The work done was timely and as requested. Their clean up crew was excellent.

Chris Flood is a tree expert. I had a huge olive tree making a mess and now it has a cute poodle cut, and sun light shinning in my windows. The crew of guys were awsome workers.

Chris seemed knowledgeable about the trees and issues I had. They showed up on time and had 2 crews knock out the job in 1 afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and trimmed more when I asked them to without complaint. I selected a more costly, more complete trim that should last more years and relieve weight stress on the trees. Chris explained the options and prices well.
