Bailey was great to work with, from the quick estimate, to the office keeping me up to date on the schedule, to the courteous and efficient crew. They worked with me on the pricing - there's also a coupon online. I called 4 companies - one would not come to Folsom (though they advertised they would) and one was scheduled out for two months. Bailey was so easy to work with!!!! I will use them again.

This is one of the best contractors I have ever used and I'm 81. They took down seven 40 foot cedar trees in one day, down and gone. Very quick and clean. Best prices by far. Polite and great to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted two tree trimming companies. Bailey was easy to schedule the appointments, the estimator was prompt and quickly provided his estimate for services, and their prices were reasonable especially when compared to the other company. I also appreciated that they had set prices for arborist reports. I would definitely use Bailey again.

They had an earlier date for service and I accepted. They did all that was asked and the stump removal was amazing. My sprinklers and concrete were not damaged. Everyone was super nice. They were wonderful just like there work. I would recommend them to all and their pricing was just right. Thanks for a job well done with a fabulous crew.

I had a complicated project, that included removal and stump grinding on one large (70 feet tall) tree, partially fallen on my house & fence, shaping and trimming of another large tree next to it, and removal of another smaller tree on a different part of the property. All of this on a small, postage stamp lot with several structures to include my neighbor's house, very near the work to be done. The technical expertise of the work crew was fantastic. They did a thorough, complete professional job with impressive skill. They performed all required tasks quickly, including cleanup. There were some schedule changes and additional restructuring of the job, and the office staff handled those expertly and professionally. I met the owner & his wife, and they were very friendly, personable and pleasant people. I am pleased with the whole experience, and would gladly recommend Bailey's to anyone needing a tree service.

Very efficient estimator and crew. Arrived on time with safety and work gear. Tree was removed in two sessions. Cleanup was very good as well. Office staff was courteous and efficient. Would hire this company again, if necessary.

We were extremely pleased with this company's work from the initial visit by Justin to review the scope of work to the job the 3 man crew did during 4 days of work. We had several large oak branches that had fallen plus many large oaks trees that needed trimming plus mistletoe removal. One huge oak with a large crack in the trunk was cut down without damaging the nearby fence. Another tall oak overhanging our pool was felled perfectly along the outside fence line which was amazing. They did a great job of cutting the limbs for future splitting, chipping plus they did a thorough job of cleaning up any debris. We will definitely call them again when we need more work done!

They kept in constant contact to verify dates and appointments, were on time and did quality work.

Excellent job. They were on time, completed the job quickly, left the place cleaner than they found it, and were $300 less than another bid I received for the same job.
