Chris was fantastic and the work was completed aa it said it would be and my yard looked great when they were finished. I will definitly be using them again to trim my larger tress and have already referred Bailey Tree Company to several other folks. They were fantasic!

I never actually met or even talked to the owner which is my only complaint. Everything was done by email. It would have been nice to have at least a phone call after to check on my satisfaction. But the quote was the best and the work was done well. I am pleased by the service.

Hired to cut down tree in back yard and grind stump. Very efficient in cutting down tree at ground level but dragged much of the tree out of the yard without triming off the branches scrapping the side of the house and flower beds but no real damage. Stump grinder arrived the next day but was unable to get the large grinder through the gate and into the back yard. Bailey called and apologized, referred me to another grinder company but essentially left me on my own to get the stump ground out. Bailey should have realized the problem during the on-site estimate and taken the lead on fulfilling the contract to have the stump ground/removed.

We had 4 large eucalyptus trees around a pool that they had out in one day. There was a misunderstanding when they didn't show up to complete the job (there were 2 more smaller trees in the front to do) but overall, they did a great job. They even cleaned up the mess made in my neighbors yard. I would hire Bailey Tree Company again.
