I had two, very tall, very dead pines in the backyard. Power lines ran between them. I called four companies, including Bailey's, to get a price. Two companies never showed, one company handwrote a price on a scrap piece of paper, and Bailey's, the ONLY company that had a physical person to answer the phone (versus a "leave a message") like the others. Baileys emailed the cost, I gave the okay. They did exactly what they said...and the cleanup was better than I expected. Not a pine needle to be found. I was blown away. They were 100% professional! Because I don't believe that a company this professional happens in a vacuum...meaning, that kind of professionalism is borne of consistency...I would have a very skeptical eye on any review that stated that they were less than 100% GREAT! The Almond Tree and Boxwood hedges removal took about 30 min. There were about 3-4 guys working that made the job fast. Afterwards they marked the stumps for the grinder to grind. The grinder showed up about 5 days later and finished the work in about 20 min. Quick,clean and efficient. Great Job.

The office was a bit confused about scheduling. Very polite office staff. the job went ahead but not due to office and field communication. The workers were friendly, professional and proficient in their work. I would hire this company again. I was pleased with the job.

I had six large cedar trees that required removal followed by three of the stumps being removed. The employees were efficient and very friendly. I was always informed as to when to expect the their employees and they always arrived on the job as scheduled. They also did a good clean up when finished. If I need additional tree work done in the future, I will call Bailey Tree Company first.
