The folks from Bailey did a great job and surpassed my expectations in all areas. Excellent clean up afterwards. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them and, of course, we will use them again the next time our trees need trimming.

Had the best overall bid and delivered results on the job. Can't ask for much more.

The tree was dropped in one afternoon and it was to be taken away that day, so I was somewhat surprised to find it in my yard when I got home since my gardner was coming the next morning, made some calls and was assured it would be gone before my gardner arrived and it was! I would highly recommend BaileyTree Service to anyone and will use them again in the future for all trees services needed.

Very friendly and did a good job trimming as I requested, but expensive considering they don't have an arborist on staff.

Everyone (owner and workers) were very professional/friendly. The workers arrived on time on the days specified. All of the trees I wanted were removed were done so and in a very timely manner. I had one stump removed and there was yard drain and sprinkler line damage which is a risk you have to be willing to take. Although they can't technically be held accountable they were willing to work with me and I was very satisfied with their service. I have already recommmended them to a neighbor who had them trim a tree and I would be willing to use them again myself.

Arrived on time; did excellent work on tree; did a complete clean up including blowing debris off of roof and out of rain gutters.

The owner offered to look at our trees (on a rental prop) & call us to discuss the scope since it was difficult for us to meet up with him in person. We hired them to remove 2 front yard trees which were almost 20 years old. However after the stumps were ground, the crew left without any cleanup -- debris was on neighbors lot/driveway, and into the middle of the street. We understood "full clean-up" was included, as was stated in written bid/estimate, however we apparently had differing opinions of what that included. All of our interactions were with the owner, not the estimator/Chris person that others have referenced in their review).

Extremely professional, plus very friendly. Job done as requested and on time. Yard left clean, would definately use again.
