I think they did an excellent job overall. Needed two hedges trimmed also, and they look much better now. Very good cleanup afterwards, too. Would hire them again, without hesitation.

Should also check out Lyons - they are less - Bailey said they would match the price - still charged 10% higher - and I think Lyons would have probably done just as good a job. Not sure about the stump removal since all the sawdust is piled up and I don't know how deep they went. The tree climber is trememdous and very good. Works well with the guys on the ground - they just don't speak English. Something Lyons guarantees they do - Lyons also says it has the owner on the job .

I hired Bailey tree service to remove four trees. They cut down all four and ground the stumps on only two of the trees specified. They then sent me a bill for $1800. I contacted them and informed them that they hadn't completed the job. They sent the sales rep back out to my house and he claimed they couldn't grind the stumps due to their proximity to a fence and cable line. He did not mention that this might be a problem prior to starting the job. They gave me $70 off the original $1800 dollar estimate. They completed about two thirds of the job and took over two months to do it. DON'T HIRE!

Bailey Tree Co. communicated with me almost immediately with very friendly phone manners. The estimator was prompt and phoned ahead prior to arriving at my home. They removed my tree, ground down the stump (even an old one that I asked them to get rid up), and cleaned up the job site very well. All this at a very competitive price. I am more than satisfied with my Bailey Tree Co. experience.

A 3-man crew came out, removed an 80' cypress tree, which was located near my fence and pool. Not one piece of the tree hit the fence or landed in the pool. I was very impressed. The whole job took them 1 1/2 hours and they cleaned everything up. You would never know they were there. Excellent job! I highly recommend this service.
