They showed up on schedule and we were very happy with the work they performed. Of the three estimates we received, they were the best. They took care of everything as promised. We were very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Although scheduled a couple of weeks in advance, they had to postpone service twice from early morning to early afternoon and then to late afternoon due to a large job elsewhere. Once here, the work order on the crew members smart phone did not match the scope of work on the quote. The work crew was fast, efficient and did fantastic work. If you can work through delays and office glitches, they are a good value for the money

Bailey's was by far the lowest bid we received for removal of our oak tree. Their work quality was good. The only complaint I have is that they were never very punctual. They were hours and even a day late (it was a 2-3 day process because of this) and they never called prior to coming out like the office staff said they would. It was a good thing I wasn't on a deadline so I was able to be more flexible with this issue. I would hire them again, however.

Bailey Tree was fast and professional. The salesman was outstanding as well as the office personnel. The crew did a fantastic job at a fair price. I would highly recommend Bailey Tree and I would certainly use them again.
